Version 3.20: May 30, 2025

Enhancement: Better screen fit for some screens on newer Android versions.

Fix a few issues when syncing with RaceTac RMS system.

Fix a false scoring warning that boats may have finished on different days.

NEW: Time-on-Time Scoring for PHRF Regattas!

NEW: 'Days' added to countdown to race start if race starts on a future date.

NEW: Ability to set start sequence divisions and timing from the RaceTac Regattas Regatta Mangement System (RMS).

• Fix: Some devices could have a descrepancy between the 'Finish Clock' and the time logged when tapped.
• Fix: For long Regattas, the finish date was shown incorrectly.
• Maint: Updated to support newer Android versions.

Version 3.00: April 6, 2023

• NEW: Pro version can synchronize with the Web based RaceTac Regatta Management System (RMS).
  • Boat Information for boats registered in a regatta are downloaded for use in Finish time logging.
  • Location of the Committee Boat or Mark Boats can be synced up to the RMS for display to racers.
  • Finish time log is uploaded to the RMS for a future feature to make it easier to enter finish times.
• Maint: Minor internal changes to better support newer Android versions. None are visible to the user.

Version 2.85: October 8, 2022

• Fix: Crash in case where event log file had not be initialized when logging a division start.

Version 2.84: June 8, 2022

• Fix: Possible loss of Finish Time Log entries.
• New: Error report of problems with Finish log can be sent to RaceTac Support.

• Fix: Crash when clearing the timer log.
• Fix: Timer log could show double start entries.

PRO Version 2.82: June 29, 2021

• Enhanced: Start timer now runs when off-screen. Including playing countdown sounds.
• Enhanced: Some dialogs have better spacing.
• Fix: Boat names in scoring could not have special characters like '&'.
• Fix: Race ID was being overwritten with a default after an edit.

PRO Version 2.81: May 26, 2021

• Fix: Could not enter fractional handicap in Finish Time boat entry.

Version: 3.00 - October 27, 2025

• NEW: Integration with RaceTac Regatta Management System (RMS)! See RMS Sync menu item.
• Registered Boats are downloaded from Regatta web site. No need to enter all the boat info.
• Location can be uploaded to RMS for Committee Boat and Mark Boats.
• Finish log is uploaded for future RMS feature to assist with scoring in the RMS.

• Improved 'Finish' Screen size on iPad devices.

• Choose from Tones (default), Voice Announcements, or None.
• Keeps your hands free to handle flags and horns etc.
• See the Settings page to switch sound type. In iOS device settings page under 'RaceTac Committee', and under the app menu settings itself for Android.

Version: 2.10 - February 8, 2019

• Flags! Now has Division flags. Solid or numeric. See the drop down selector when adding or editing Divisions.
• Graphical status! Shows flags for current or upcoming events!
• 'Postpone' Menu item to postpone a race. Shows AP flag. Resets race start time so warning is one minute after resumption (per RRS)!
